JUST CALL ME YOUR STRENGTHS ADVISOR

Just Call Me Your Strengths Advisor | Something very special is in bloom! I'm pleased to share the launch of my personal brand, Your Strengths Advisor. After exiting a successful career in the corporate world earlier this year, it was extremely important to re-establish my purpose, vision, and voice while moving into this new chapter.

What is a Strengths Advisor? A Strengths Advisor is a trusted partner to business leaders and organizations interested in identifying unactivated potential. Uncovering the dormant strengths within your team and your businesses allows me to design and implement concrete strategies to turn that potential into achievement

What is your niche market? My markets vary in scale (from start-ups to established global institutions) across a variety of industries and with professionals who vary in career levels (from student to C-Suite). The common thread amongst my clients is the shared drive to achieve personal and/or organizational growth.

What type of advising do you specialize in? Set apart from others, my advising focuses on the science that shapes business operations, customers, and teams. This unique approach is rooted in positive psychology, the incorporation of neuroleadership, organizational development, and data analysis & storytelling. You can learn more about these on my website: www.yourstrengthsadvisor.com.

Is Your Strengths Advisor your company? No - I consult exclusively with Thrive Partners LLCYour Strengths Advisor is my personal brand that has been built with the intention to connect with thought leaders, share projects and knowledge, and promote the inspiring people and organizations I have the privilege of supporting.

So excited to re-engage with this incredible community and connect! I would love to hear from those of you who are going through or have recently gone through your own personal or professional development journeys!
